Arsenal Lists Antonio Conte As Arteta’s Replacement

The English Premier League top Arsenal is keeping former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte as a replacement for Mikel Arteta. The manager is the coach of Inter Milan and will probably be the manager of the Italian Serie A soon.

Mikel Arteta had a poor start to the 2021/22 English Premier League season as they lost 2-0 to newly-promoted English Premier League side Brentford. He stormed Arsenal to a record-breaking 14th FA Cup triumph during his first half-season, but the Spaniard could only lead the Gunners to eighth place last season in the Premier League.

According to reports, the Nordlondon Club will consider a blow to Conte if Arteta is relieved of his duties, and the Italian would be happy to bring Lautaro Martinez to the Emirates. Conte managed Chelsea in the 2016-17 Premier League, helped win the league, and led Inter and Scudetto to the final term

However, Following Friday’s defeat at Brentford, Arteta apologized to Arsenal fans. He won 47 of his 87 games for the Gunners, losing 24 and drawing the other 16.
