David Adedeji Adeleke (Davido)
David Adeleke was born on the 21st of November 1992 to Adedeji Adeleke and Veronica Adeleke as the last child of five in Atlanta, Georgia, US. He is popularly known as Davido. He is a Nigerian-American musician, record producer, and songwriter.
His father, Adedeji Adeleke, is a Nigerian business tycoon, and his mother, Vero, a University Lecturer. She passed on March 3, 2003.
Presently, Davido is a father of three, two girls and a boy—Aurora Imade Adeleke, Hailey Veronica Adeleke, and Ifeanyi Adedeji Adeleke. As of February 2019, Davido’s total net worth is $25 million.
Davido attended British International School, Victoria Island in Lagos, Nigeria, and also furthered his education at Oakwood University, Huntsville in Alabama, to study Business Administration.

In 2012, Davido won The Headies Award after releasing “Dami Duro” the second music from his studio album “ Omo Baba Olowo”. Between the years 2013 and 2015, he produced various hit singles and in January 2016 he signed a record deal with Sony Music. He then established the record name “Davido Music Worldwide (DMW)”, to which artists like Mayorkun, Dremo, Liya, and Peruzzi have been signed.
